This Privacy Policy explains how JKSVP Matrix Realty Private Limited, trading as Matrix Realty (“Matrix Realty”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you visit matrixrealtyindia.com, call or message us, or engage us for construction services. We handle personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under them.

1. Information we collect

  • Details you give us: name, phone number, email address, plot location and size, budget, project requirements and any messages or documents you share through our contact form, phone, WhatsApp, email or in person.
  • Project information: site address, drawings, approvals, property documents and payment records needed to quote for and deliver your project.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referring site, collected automatically through cookies and similar tools when you use our website.

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry, prepare estimates and BOQs, and arrange site visits or meetings.
  • To plan, build and hand over your project, including approvals, billing and after-sales support.
  • To send you updates about your project and, only with your consent, information about our services. You can opt out at any time.
  • To improve our website and measure how our advertising performs.
  • To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations and to protect our legal rights.

3. Consent

By submitting your details to us you consent to our processing them for the purposes above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us (see Section 9). Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out, and we may need to keep certain records where the law requires it.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only when needed:

  • With our engineers, architects, consultants and contractors working on your project.
  • With service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, email and analytics or advertising providers (for example Google and Meta), under confidentiality obligations.
  • With banks or lenders, only at your request, for home-loan paperwork.
  • With government authorities where required by law, such as for plan approvals, tax or a lawful request.

5. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, understand how visitors use the site and measure advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

6. How long we keep data

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact, and project and billing records for as long as required under tax and other applicable laws. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including an encrypted (HTTPS/SSL) website connection and restricted access to records, to protect your data. No system is completely secure, but we work to prevent unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you and how it is used;
  • correct, complete or update your data;
  • erase your data where it is no longer needed;
  • withdraw consent, including for marketing messages;
  • nominate another person to exercise these rights in case of death or incapacity.

We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18.
